Subaru's Added Security® Extended Service Agreements
As you may know, Subaru's Added Security covers wear and tear of covered components-but what exactly does that mean for you? Unlike other extended service agreement, Added Security goes beyond what other after-market plans offer. That's because Subaru wants you to have a pleasant vehicle ownership experience that will make you want to purchase another Subaru model down the road.
For example, if one of your covered components happens to break, our Subaru-trained technicians will fix it for you. When our technicians do repair your Forrester, Outback, or Legacy, they will only use new or Subaru re-manufactured parts. These parts have never been used.
When you have Added Security, Subaru will cover parts that fail to perform as originally intended. Subaru will not exclude wear and tear of covered components, which may include low engine compression or excess oil loss due to worn engine components. We will not exclude consequential damage to other components such as brake caliper repairs, new brake pads, struts, and constant-velocity joints. Even torn CV boots are covered under our program.
Another perk of having Added Security is that we will repair covered components until 100,000 miles or 120,000 miles, depending on which plan is best suited for your personal needs.
